I was born March 15, 1991, into a nominal Christian family in Myanmar. Since childhood, I used to attend Sunday school and worship services regularly. But I did not have the assurance of salvation in my life.
Since my family was poor, I was not able to enjoy my life as I wished. I started to join with bad boys of my village. Soon, they led me to involve in many sinful activities. For a while, I enjoyed temporary pleasures, but later my heart longed for the true joy and peace.
Unexpectedly, my father passed away in the year 2005. This incident really shattered me and I did not know what is next. At this juncture, a pastor visited my house. He shared the Gospel with us and prayed for us. He told that Jesus is the protector, provider and the Prince of peace. Comforted by the Word of God, I repented of my sins and received Jesus as my Savior.
As days went by, through prayer and meditation of the Word I developed a burden for the lost. I prayed to the Lord for His guidance, and He confirmed His call in my life. I then under the guidance of my pastor enrolled in a GFA Bible School to study God’s Word.
