I was born September 1, 1991, in a Hindu family in Nepal. Along with my family members, I worshipped the idols and observed all the rituals and practices.
When I reached adolescence, my attitude began to change, and I got a company of new friends. I entangled myself with the worldly things.
One day, I tuned my radio to listen to music, and heard a voice talking about the saving grace and the way of freedom from the worldly absurdities. I was deeply touched and everyday I began to listen to the program broadcasted by Gospel for Asia.
As days passed by, my spiritual eyes were opened. I also realized that only Jesus could give me the freedom from my sins. Soon, I confessed my shortcomings and received Jesus as my Savior.
My parents opposed me. But the Lord strengthened me to remain firm in my conviction. Meantime, my father lost his job and I got a privilege to share the love of Jesus with him. Soon, the Lord burdened my heart to reach the lost. On being confirmed of His calling, I enrolled in a GFA Bible School.
